Despite being one of the most common chronic pain disorders, fibromyalgia remains poorly understood and often misdiagnosed, posing significant challenges for both patients and healthcare providers. This article aims to shed light on the complexities of fibromyalgia, from its clinical manifestations to its impact on daily life and current approaches to management.
