Very late coronary thrombosis following bioresorobable vascular scaffold implantation for spontaneous coronary artery dissection

OCT demonstrated neoatherosclerotic intermediate lesion with organized thrombus, whereas fractional flow reserve documented hemodynamically significant lesion at the place of previous BVS.
