Lifestyle management is a cornerstone of diabetes care, offering individuals the power to improve their well-being and minimize the impact of this chronic condition. This article discusses about how lifestyle changes in diet, exercise, stress management, and other areas can effectively manage diabetes and enhance quality of life.
• Diet and nutrition
Adopting a balanced diet is crucial for managing diabetes.
