Organizational Performance
Organizational success involves assessing the performance of an organization against its goals and objectives. In other words, when compared with intended outputs,
organizational performance includes real results or outputs. The analysis focuses on three main outcomes: first, performance in shareholder value; second, financial performance; and third, performance in the market. Other types of practitioners concentrate on organizational success like strategic planning. The term has a similar meaning to 'organizational efficacy,' but 'organizational efficacy' covers a wider area. "Organizational performance is about how well an structured group of people with a common intent perform a task." "Essentially, this is what we are talking about when we are referring to
organizational performance and achievement of positive results."
