Receptor Molecules

Receptors are the protein molecules  which are present on the surface or inside the target cell, which receive a chemical signal. Chemical signals are unconfined by gesticulating cells in the form of slight, typically instable or solvable molecules called as ligands. A ligand is a molecule that combines with the alternative precise molecules. In some cases, carrying a gesture in the process. Ligands can therefore be supposed of as a signaling molecules. Receptors of a specific type are connected to specific cellular chemical gateways which corresponds to the signal. Ligands and receptors occurs in numerous varieties, nevertheless a precise ligand will have a specific receptor that characteristically predicaments only that ligand.
