Restorative Dentistry is the research, diagnosis and integrated management of teeth diseases and their supporting structures and restoration of teeth according to individual functional and esthetic needs. Restaurative dentistry includes the dental specialities of endodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics and is focused on how these interact in cases where multifaceted treatment is required. Moreover, restaurant needs arise not only from teeth conditions, such as caries and medical conditions, but also from trauma."The result of dental caries is determined by the pathological equilibrium of demineralizing factors and protective factors leading to remineralisierung." Traumatic injuries to the forefront teeth are common in children and adults.
